  West central Arkansas County in southeastern Arkansas...

* Until 830 PM CDT.

* At 740 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Pine Bluff
  Arsenal, or 7 miles northwest of Pine Bluff, moving southeast at
  25 mph. This storm has a history of producing quarter-sized hail,
  most recently in White Hall.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.
