NORTHWESTERN GIBSON COUNTIES...

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to
heed remaining road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 700 AM CDT Monday for portions
of East Arkansas, North Mississippi, Southeast Missouri, and West
Tennessee.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 330 PM CDT THIS
AFTERNOON FOR EASTERN OBION COUNTY...

At 315 PM CDT, emergency management reported flash flooding in Union
City. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Most of the rain
has moved north and east of the area, but runoff from earlier storms
will continue to produce flash flooding.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
         flash flooding.

SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
         urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Union City, Troy, Obion, Clayton, Hornbeak, Woodland Mills, Rives,
  Old Fremont, Fremont, Crystal, McCutchen Heights, Moffatt,
  Wolverine, Gibbs, Shaffner, Roneys Store and Walnut Log.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
