...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT PHILLIPS AND CENTRAL COAHOMA
COUNTIES THROUGH 1130 AM CDT...

At 1040 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles northwest of Elaine, moving northeast at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Elaine, Helena-West Helena, St Francis National Park, Friars Point,
Lexa, Watkins Corner, Lake View, Coahoma, Lula, Wabash, Moon, Modoc,
Preston Place, Quarles, Hoop Spur, Westover, Wycamp, Latour, Rich,
and Ratio.
