* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Union County in northeastern Mississippi...
  Marshall County in northwestern Mississippi...
  Northwestern Lee County in northeastern Mississippi...
  Tippah County in northeastern Mississippi...
  Benton County in northeastern Mississippi...
  Western Prentiss County in northeastern Mississippi...
  Southwestern Alcorn County in northeastern Mississippi...

* Until 300 AM CDT.

* At 208 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Holly
  Springs, moving east at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Booneville, New Albany, Holly Springs, Ripley, Baldwyn, Wall Doxey
  State Park, Lamar, Saltillo, Guntown, Blue Mountain, Jumpertown,
  Snow Lake Shores, Keownville, Bethlehem, Red Banks, Laws Hill,
  Canaan, Hinkle, Wheeler, and Gravestown.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
storm shelter or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 AM CDT for northeastern
and northwestern Mississippi...and west Tennessee. A Tornado Watch
also remains in effect until 800 AM CDT for northeastern and
northwestern Mississippi.
