...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 145 AM CDT
FOR HENDERSON...BENTON...CENTRAL CARROLL...EAST CENTRAL MADISON...
NORTHEASTERN CHESTER AND DECATUR COUNTIES...

At 131 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 12 miles south of
New Johnsonville, or 14 miles south of Camden, moving east at 60 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
Lexington, Huntingdon, Camden, Natchez Trace State Park, Natchez
Trace State Forest, Parsons, New Johnsonville, Bruceton,
Decaturville, Sardis, Reagan, Blue Goose, Vale, Mifflin, Bargerton,
Wildersville, Parkers Crossroads, Darden, Montgomery, and Scotts
Hill.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 500 AM CDT for west
Tennessee. A Tornado Watch also remains in effect until 400 AM CDT
for west Tennessee.

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
storm shelter or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
