The severe thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out of
the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 AM CDT for northeastern
and northwestern Mississippi. A Tornado Watch also remains in effect
until 800 AM CDT for northeastern Mississippi.

TISHOMINGO...PRENTISS AND SOUTHERN ALCORN COUNTIES...
At 315 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Jumpertown, or
9 miles east of Ripley, moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Tupelo, Booneville, New Albany, Ripley, Baldwyn, Iuka, Tishomingo
State Park, Saltillo, Guntown, Belmont, Mantachie, Burnsville, Blue
Mountain, Jumpertown, Tishomingo, New Harmony, Pratts Friendship,
Hinkle, Wheeler, and Etta.
