.DISCUSSION...

Sea breeze showers and thunderstorms should peak inland in the
afternoons before the sea breeze retreats back offshore along with
remnant convection in the evenings. Gusty winds, lightning, and
heavy rain are the main hazards with any thunderstorms, though
funnel clouds and waterspouts cannot be ruled out. Easterly wind
through the period with seas building to 4 to 5 feet this weekend
as an area of low pressure develops in the northern Atlantic off
the mid-Atlantic and New England states.
