...Gusty Northwest Winds Wednesday Afternoon and Early Evening...

.DISCUSSION...Tonight through early Wednesday, an upper low moves
from western British Columbia into the Pacific Northwest. Showers
could occur north of Highway 140 with the snow level lowering to
5500 to 5000 feet Wednesday morning. Gusty northwest winds will
occur, especially across the mountains and east side Wednesday
afternoon. Dry and warmer daytime temperatures are expected Thursday
into Friday, then another upper low moves into the Pacific Northwest
Friday night into Saturday with showers possible, mainly in
Oregon and snow levels falling to 5500 to 5000 feet. High pressure is
favored thereafter for Sunday and Monday with near normal conditions.
