.DISCUSSION...High pressure over the area will strengthen on Sunday, then
gradually shift east late Monday. This will bring warm and dry weather
with near to above normal temperatures, and local diurnal winds. There
is a low  chance (5-10%) for thunderstorms over northern California and
east of the Cascades late Monday. An upper trough will moves in Tuesday,
bringing a chance for showers across northwest portions of the area,
mainly Coos and Douglas counties. There is also a slight chance
(15-20%) of thunderstorms east of the Cascades. The trough will remain
over the area Wednesday with continued mild temperatures and additional
chances for light showers, mainly over the south-central Oregon Cascades
and northern Douglas county.  Late in the week, models support a
warming and drying trend.
