Expect breezy to gusty NW winds this afternoon with highest gusts in the mountains. Winds ease this evening and it will turn colder overnight. After a cold start, high pressure Thursday will provide a mainly sunny and milder afternoon. Another trough will move in Friday. Even so, it should remain dry. A dry cold front moves through Friday night with cooler weather and breezy conditions again for Saturday.
