.DISCUSSION...After a cold start, Thursday will be mainly sunny
with warmer and drier weather with weaker, seasonable winds
strengthening slightly in the afternoon. A trough will move in
Friday into early Saturday. This will bring a small chance (about
10%) for light precipitation, but the burn site will more likely
remain dry. This will lead to an increase in gusty winds Friday
afternoon and evening.
