.DISCUSSION...An upper trough has moved east of the area with
cooler north flow aloft over the area tonight. Breezy to gusty
winds are likely into this evening, lowering after sunset.
Tuesday, weak high pressure briefly moves in providing dry and
slightly warmer  weather. Tuesday afternoon through early Wednesday,
an upper low moves from western British Columbia to northern Oregon
with light showers expected to develop over the area by late in the
afternoon and into  the evening.
