.DISCUSSION...The morning will be a slow start to mixing, and it
may not be until about 8 AM when the morning inversion starts to
finally lift. Mostly light and variable winds are expected to
start the prescribed burn. By the afternoon, the wind speeds will
become dominate from the northwest (after a westerly component
early in the day) with generally lighter side wind speeds
expected. Wind speeds are expected to return to light and variable
for the most part shortly after sunset.
