.DISCUSSION...A weak high pressure briefly moves over the burn site
providing dry and slightly warmer weather, and generally weaker winds.
However, an upper low spins southward from British Columbia to northern
Oregon with showers occurring in the late afternoon and evening and through
the overnight period. Wetting rain is possible, but rainfall amounts will
be lighter. Gusty northwest winds are expected on Wednesday as
conditions begin to dry out.
