* WHAT...Patchy Dense fog will reduce visibility to 1 NM or less.

* WHERE...Albemarle Sound and Alligator River, and Pamlico,
  Pungo, Neuse, and Bay Rivers.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility will make navigation difficult.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
