...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM CDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Wisconsin,
  including the following counties, in south central Wisconsin,
  Columbia, Dane, Green, Iowa, Lafayette, Rock and Sauk. In
  southeast Wisconsin, Dodge, Jefferson, Kenosha, Milwaukee,
  Ozaukee, Racine, Walworth, Washington and Waukesha.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Multiple rounds of thunderstorms are expected into tonight.
    Given the heavy rain potential along saturated soils from
    recent rainfall, there is a concern for flash flooding into
    the nighttime hours.
