* At 928 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Monticello,
  or 10 miles north of Monroe, moving northeast at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Madison, Sun Prairie, Fitchburg, Middleton, Stoughton, Waunakee,
