The National Weather Service office in Mobile AL is currently conducting a storm survey for the area near Vrendenburgh to Georgiana in Monroe, Conecuh, and Butler Counties in Alabama. The survey is in relation to the severe thunderstorms that moved through the area on May 10, 2024. A final assessment including results of the survey are expected to be completed and transmitted via a Public Information Statement by 7:00 PM CDT.
