Minnesota River at Montevideo affecting Chippewa, Yellow Medicine and Lac qui Parle Counties. .High water continues along the Minnesota River near Montevideo due to recent rainfall. Multiple rounds of rain are expected overnight through Wednesday, which will lead to steady or rising river levels in the coming days. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
