...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Minnesota...

  Minnesota River at Morton affecting Redwood and Renville Counties.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Minnesota...

  Minnesota River at Montevideo affecting Yellow Medicine, Chippewa
  and Lac qui Parle Counties.

.Widespread rain and thunderstorms will produce locally heavy rain
through early Wednesday. Additional chances for rain will arrive
Friday. The combination of both recent and forecast rainfall will
lead to additional river rises.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Minnesota River at Morton.

* WHEN...From late Wednesday night until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Riverside Rd and Front Street flooded in
  North Redwood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1100 AM CDT Tuesday, the stage was 20.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early Thursday morning and continue rising to a crest of 21.9
    feet early Saturday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    21.9 feet on 04/04/2007.

  river begin flooding, along with some basements of houses along
  the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1100 AM CDT Tuesday, the stage was 14.6 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 1100 AM CDT Tuesday was 14.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.9
    feet early Friday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    14.9 feet on 10/11/2017.
