afternoon allowing relative humidity values to drop to near 55
percent. Winds will be northwesterly near 10 mph, turning more
northerly as we go into this evening. A 20 to 30 percent chance of
a shower or thunderstorm also exists early this evening.

                    showers and thunderstorms late in the
                    afternoon.
