This is in response to a low pressure system lifting into the Great Lakes tonight into Monday. Scattered showers may develop this afternoon across the west and south, before rain spreads across the central and eastern portions of Upper Michigan tonight. The rain will persist into Monday, ending from west to east through the day. Areas across the central and east could see rainfall amounts near or over an inch by the end of the event.
