...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN DELTA...WEST CENTRAL
SCHOOLCRAFT AND SOUTHWESTERN ALGER COUNTIES THROUGH 1000 PM EDT...

At 924 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles southeast of Chatham to 7 miles east of
Rapid River. Movement was northeast at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Munising, Miners Castle, Chapel Lake, Pictured Rocks National
Lakeshore, Shingleton, Steuben, Ensign, Christmas, Forest Lake,
Chicago Lake, Grand Portal Point, Round Lake, Wetmore, Melstrand, and
Van Meer.
