HAWKINS...EAST CENTRAL ANDERSON...NORTHEASTERN KNOX...HANCOCK...
NORTHWESTERN JEFFERSON...NORTHEASTERN CAMPBELL...UNION...GRAINGER AND
NORTHWESTERN HAMBLEN COUNTIES THROUGH 915 PM EDT...

At 814 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Lot to 12 miles east of La Follette to
near Maynardville to near Clinton. Movement was east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Morristown, Clinton, Jefferson City, Maynardville, Sneedville,
Rutledge, New Tazewell, Bean Station, Tazewell, and Plainview.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for
east Tennessee...and southwestern Virginia.
