...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 500 AM EDT
FOR BRADLEY AND SOUTHEASTERN HAMILTON COUNTIES...

At 444 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over South
Cleveland, or 7 miles southwest of Cleveland, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Chattanooga, Cleveland, Charleston, South Cleveland, East Cleveland,
Wildwood Lake, Harrison, Collegedale, Calhoun, and Waterville.

This includes Interstate 75 in Tennessee between mile markers 6 and
35.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 600 AM EDT for east
Tennessee.

Prepare immediately for large hail and damaging winds. People outside
should move to a shelter, inside a strong building and away from
windows.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
