Patchy dense fog through mid morning. Most areas will be dry today
but a few isolated showers and storms will be around, mainly across
the Cumberland Plateau, east TN, southwest VA, and NC mountains.
Otherwise, increasing chances for showers and storms will be in
place as we move through the week.
