Lower relative humidity values can be expected for higher elevations and interiors areas such as northeast Napa County and interior San Benito County. Temperatures will rise above normal today due to an upper level ridge over the area. A deeper marine layer is in place over the North Coast region and higher humidities are expected today. Westerly to northwesterly winds will continue to flow over much of the area.
