.DISCUSSION...Dry weather and a slight cooling trend continues
through the forecast period. Few to scattered low level clouds
may develop in the vicinity of the burn site overnight Wednesday
into Thursday but widespread low level clouds will stay confined
to the coast. Fair daytime humidity retention Wednesday and decent
overnight humidity recoveries overnight into Thursday as onshore
flow develops Wednesday. Slightly dryer conditions return
Thursday with poor to fair daytime humidity retention. Winds
gradually transition from southwest to westerly and, at times,
slightly northwesterly by Wednesday night. Probabilistic guidance
suggests maximum gusts up to 20 mph with a low probability (10 to
20%) of gusts exceeding 20 mph.
