* WHAT...The Pajaro River at Chittenden is forecast to rise just
  above Monitor Stage (22.0 ft) on Monday, cresting around 22.2 ft
  Monday afternoon/evening. Latest guidance suggests there is a 33%
  probability of the river reaching Monitor Stage (22.0 ft) and a 21%
  probability of reaching Flood Stage (24.1 ft) on Monday. There is
  high uncertainty with this system and confidence is low. The most
  recent stage was 6.2 feet at 10 am PST.
