.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front will move across the waters this
morning, and pass E of the area later today. Another weak cold
front will move slowly E across the waters tonight through Thu
night. High pressure will build E towards the area Fri and Fri
night, then persist along the coast Sat through Sun night while
gradually weakening. Low pressure will slowly develop SE of the
waters Fri night through Sun, then move slowly E Sun night.
