.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front will remain just to the S of the
waters today through Wed. Additionally, high pressure will build
southward into the northern waters this morning. It will slowly
drift S into the central waters tonight through Thu while
weakening. It will then settle across the far S waters Thu night
where it will persist through Fri night. A cold front will move E
into the northern waters on Fri. A weak area of low pressure will
develop along the southern end of the front near the mouth of the
Chesapeake Bay on Sat, lifting NE Sat night.
