.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move E through the area tonight
and Wed. Developing low pressure will move off the northern Mid-
Atlantic coast and pass N of the waters Wed night into Thu night,
while a secondary cold front moves E and SE across the waters.
High pressure will build into the waters Fri and Fri night, then
persist through Sun night. Low pressure will develop E of the
waters Fri night into Sat, then meander E of the region through
Sun night.
