.SYNOPSIS...A cold front draped from SW to NE across the waters
will remain nearly stationary tonight as weak low pressure forms
along the boundary. High pressure will build slowly S into the
northern waters Tue night, reaching the southern waters by Wed
night and pushing the front S away from the area. The ridge will
then settle across the waters Thu and persist through Fri night.
A cold front will approach the far northern waters late Fri
night. A weak area of low pressure will develop along the
front near the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay on Sat, lifting NE
Sat night.
