.SYNOPSIS...A weak area of low pressure off the North Carolina
coast extends a cold front S through the waters to the central
Florida coast today. The low and cold front will move E and S of
the waters by tonight as weak ridging moves in from the west.
Another low pressure area will develop off the Carolina coast
Sat night, then gradually move offshore over the N waters Sun,
persisting through Mon night.
