.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will remain NE of the basin through
the end of the week, with an occasional weak trough over the
southwest Gulf. This pattern will support moderate to fresh winds
and moderate seas over the western Gulf, and generally light to
gentle breezes and slight seas over the eastern Gulf through
early next week.
