.Synopsis...A strong surface ridge N of Kauai will begin to move
S and weaken today. The ridge will move S into N offshore waters
Wednesday night and Thursday, then stall just N of Kauai on
Friday. The ridge is expected to lift to the N on Saturday.

.TODAY...East winds 20 to 30 knots. Seas 5 to 9 feet. Wave
Detail: East 7 feet at 7 seconds, south- southwest 3 feet at 14
to 15 seconds, and northwest 3 feet at 13 to 14 seconds.
Scattered showers.
.TONIGHT...East winds 15 to 25 knots. Seas 5 to 8 feet. Wave
Detail: East 6 feet at 7 seconds, and northwest 3 feet at 14
seconds. Isolated showers.
.WEDNESDAY...East winds 10 to 20 knots, weakest near Kauai. Seas
5 to 7 feet. Isolated showers.
.THURSDAY AND FRIDAY...East to southeast winds 10 knots or less.
Seas 3 to 5 feet. Isolated showers.
