The ridge will move S into N offshore waters Wednesday night and Thursday, then stall just N of Kauai on Friday. The ridge is expected to lift to the N on Saturday. $$ Hawaiian waters within 40 nautical miles including the channels- .REST OF TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY...East winds 20 to 30 knots. Seas 5 to 9 feet. Wave Detail: East 7 feet at 7 seconds, south- southwest 3 feet at 14 to 15 seconds, and northwest 3 feet at 13 to 14 seconds. Scattered showers.
