New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A low pressure trough will
clear E of the waters early today as high pressure builds E into
the region. The high will dominate the waters tonight into Sun.
The high will weaken later Sun into Sun night as another trough
develops and moves S over the waters as low pressure strengthens
E of the region. High pressure will build S over the waters Mon,
and persist into Tue as weak low pressure moves E off the
northern Mid-Atlantic coast, and passes S and then SE of the
waters. The high will prevail over the area later Tue through
Wed, with the high gradually sliding off to the E of the area Wed
night.
