New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure over the region
today will persist over the waters tonight into Wed, then shift
SE of the area Wed night while weakening. A warm front will lift
N over the waters Thu, becoming stationary Thu night. Another
weak cold front will move offshore Fri, then pass SE of the
waters Fri night with weak low pressure developing along the
front Sat and Sat night. The low will shift E of the waters on
Sun.

.TODAY...N to NE winds less than 10 kt, becoming variable. Seas
3 to 4 ft.
.TONIGHT...W to SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
.WED...SW winds 5 to 15 kt, becoming S to SW 10 to 20 kt. Seas
2 ft or less, becoming 3 ft.
.WED NIGHT...SW winds 10 to 20 kt, becoming S 10 to 15 kt. Seas
