New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Broad low pressure centered
about 270 nm SE of Nantucket will remain nearly stationary
tonight and Sun, and then will move slowly E away from the area
Sun night through Mon night. High pressure will build slowly SE
over the area tonight through Tue, then will shift SE of the
waters Tue night. A low pressure trough will develop near the
coast Wed and remain in place through Thu. A cold front will
approach the coast Thu night.

rain and areas of fog with vsby 1 nm or less.
