New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure SE of the waters
will continue to drift slowly SE away from the waters tonight. A
cold front will approach the coast Thu afternoon, and move SE
across the waters Thu night through Fri night. A weak ridge of
high pressure will build over the waters Sat, shifting E of the
waters Sat night and Sun as a weak second cold front approaches
from the W. The cold front will become stationary across the
northern waters Sun and Sun night. It will become a warm front on
Mon and lift N as a strong low lifts NE across the Great Lakes.

with vsby 1 nm or less early.
