West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A stationary front extending E
and NE from the North Carolina coast will weaken and dissipate
today. A cold front over the N waters will move S and SE today,
and become stationary over the northern or central waters tonight
into Sun. Scattered thunderstorms are likely over the southern
and central waters through Sun, and mariners should used caution
for gusty winds and rough seas in and near the heavier
thunderstorms. The stationary front will return N as a weak warm
front later Sun and Sun night, with the front passing N of the
waters Mon. A cold front will move E and approach the
Mid-Atlantic seaboard later Mon into Mon night, before passing E
and SE over the region later Mon night into Tue night while
weakening. A secondary cold front will approach the coast Wed,
and then move SE over the waters Wed night.

Hudson Canyon to Baltimore Canyon including the waters west of
39.3N 71.9W...SW to 37.7N 72.9W
