West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure over the N waters
will drift SE tonight through Wed night while weakening. A
stationary front draped across the waters E of the Virginia Capes
today will slowly return N as a warm front Wed into Wed night.
The front will then stall again N of the waters Thu into Thu
night. Weak low pressure will move E and NE off the Mid- Atlantic
and across the waters Thu night into Fri night while pulling
another cold front over the waters. The front will move SE of the
waters Sat night, stalling S of the waters Sun.

Hudson Canyon to Baltimore Canyon including the waters west of
39.3N 71.9W...SW to 37.7N 72.9W
