beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure over the S waters
this morning will shift E of the area later today into Mon while
maintaining a ridge across the S portion into Tue night. A weak
cold front will move slowly S over the N portion Mon into Mon
night, and stall over the central waters Tue into Tue night. The
front will then slowly return N Wed into Wed night, and lift N of
the area Thu into Thu night. High pressure will build over the N
waters Tue into Wed, and then weaken while shifting E of the area
Wed night. Another cold front will move offshore Thu night.
