Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A series of cold
fronts will move across the region tonight. High pressure will
briefly move over the region Mon. A warm front will move E over
the waters later Mon and Mon night, followed by a strong cold
front that crosses the waters late Mon night and Tue.
Strengthening high pressure will build over the waters Tue night
through Wed, then drift N and NE of the area Wed night and Thu. A
high pressure ridge will remain along and W of the area Thu
through Fri night. A coastal trough will develop along Oregon
later Wed and Wed night and persist into Fri before weakening Fri
night. Late Fri night a cold front will approach the region from
the W.
