Individual waves may be more than twice the significant wave height. .SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A weakening cold front, associated with a low pressure move E across SW Canada, will continue to drop south across the waters tonight. An area of high pressure will strengthen and build E towards the coast Fri. The high pressure will retreat W on Sat as another cold front drops SE across the waters. The high pressure will rebuild E, behind the cold front, before another cold front drops SE across the waters Mon night through Tue night. Farther south, a coastal trough will persist along the southern Oregon coast through Sat night.
