.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure
persist tonight and Friday morning. It will weaken Fri as a cold
front approaches, then move across the waters Fri night and Sat.
A stronger cold front will pass through the waters Sun and Sun
night. A ridge will briefly rebuild NE over the waters Mon and
Mon night. A low pressure will approach from the W Tues and Tues
night. Additionally, a coastal trough will build and persist
along the OR coast Fri before dissipating Fri night.
