.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
continue to build in from the SW today and persist through Thu
night. It will weaken Fri as a cold front passes over the waters
Fri night through Sat. Then another, stronger cold front will
pass through the waters Sun and Sun night. A ridge will briefly
rebuild NE over the waters Mon and Mon night. Additionally, a
coastal trough will build and persist along the OR coast Thu
through Fri before dissipating Fri night.
