.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front
approaching from the NW early this morning will weaken and become
a low pressure trough while crossing the area today. High
pressure will build in from the W tonight into Mon, then weaken
Mon night into Tue as the next cold front approaches from the NW.
The front will move SE across the waters Tue, with high pressure
rebuilding to the SW of the area Tue night through Wed night as
low pressure forms near Vancouver Island.
