.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will remain
centered to the W of the waters as a cold front crosses the N and
central waters today. A coastal trough over the central and S
coast will persist today and tonight, then shift over the N and
central coast Tue through Fri night. High pressure will build
across the N and central areas later today and tonight. A cold
front will become nearly stationary over the northern waters and
dissipate late Tue. High pressure will build W of the waters Wed
and persist into Fri night.
